Refund & Billing Policy

1. Billing Cycles
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) are billed on a monthly or annual basis, in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no charge and includes a limited credit allocation. No payment information is required for the Free plan. Free plan users may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
3. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. When upgrading mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid plan access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances: (a) you were charged in error due to a technical issue on our end; (b) you cancel within 7 days of your initial paid subscription purchase and have not used more than 10 analysis credits during that period. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. To request a refund, please visit our Contact Us page and select Billing & Refunds.
We do not provide refunds for: partial months of service, unused credits, or plan downgrades.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan until payment is resolved. You will be notified of failed payments by email.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
