Critical Notice: All outputs generated by Qorva AI — including QA scores, coaching reports, failure reasons, recommended coaching plans, root-cause analysis, and any other AI-generated content — are advisory only. They are not legal, compliance, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind.
1. Nature of AI Outputs
Qorva AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to analyze call transcripts and generate quality assurance scores and coaching recommendations. These outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The AI does not have access to all contextual information that a human reviewer would have.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
We do not warrant that AI-generated scores, coaching reports, or analysis outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Scores and recommendations should always be reviewed by a qualified human QA professional before being used to make employment, performance, or compliance decisions.
3. Not a Compliance or Legal Tool
Qorva AI is not a compliance monitoring tool, a legal auditing system, or a regulatory compliance platform. AI outputs must not be used as the sole basis for compliance determinations, legal proceedings, employment actions, disciplinary measures, or any other consequential decisions without independent human review and verification.
4. Human Oversight Required
You are solely responsible for ensuring that qualified human professionals review AI outputs before acting on them. Qorva AI is designed to assist and augment human QA processes, not to replace human judgment.
5. Rubric Dependency
The quality and relevance of AI outputs depend significantly on the scoring rubric used. Poorly configured rubrics may produce less relevant or less accurate outputs. You are responsible for configuring and maintaining rubrics that reflect your organization's actual standards and requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
